Kinesio Sports Taping

What is Kinesio sports taping?

Dr. Kenzo Kase developed kinesio elastic sports taping 25 years ago in Japan. Kinesio tape does not restrict movement and stimulates/retrains the neuromuscular system for the muscle to function correctly. There is no latex in this tape and it can be worn in the shower. The kinesio tape can last for about 4 days. This taping method was used in the Beijing summer Olympics 2008 and has grown in popularity among athletes.
