Any skater who has an injury (of the knee, back, ankle, or shoulder) or has poor posture may be interested in being taped. Kinesio sports taping can be used to facilitate a weak muscle, inhibit a tight muscle or help decrease swelling. This tape has no latex and can be worn for up to 4 days and in the shower. Kinesio sports taping was used in the Beijing Summer Olympics and only physical therapists who are certified in this type of taping can perform it. Contact us today for a free trial!
